Hi everyone, specially you, yes you! who is reading this, I know you are a lover of spicy and hot food (that's what I hope), like mexican food, and I´m talking about REAL mexican food, but specifically i mean sauces, hot and delicious sauces, made with chili and other ingredients like tomatoe, green tomatillo, cilantro, white and red onion, garlic, sesame seeds, of course salt and pepper and so many others I can't name right now. 
I want you discover with me all the mexican sauces I'm gonna share with you, from my home at Mexico to your home in maybe China, USA, Australia, Arabia, Japan, South Africa, Italy, Angola, Egypt, Panama, Uzbekistan, Canada, India, Macedonia, Pakistan, Brasil, Russia, Qatar, I don´t know where are you, I just want to teach you how to make this lovely and strong sauces, full of culture, life, colour, and flavor i hope you fall in love with them and learn a little more about mexican recipes, so hope you like this blog. 
By the way, the word Salsa means sauce in spanish.
